Biden is parroting what his Chinese masters want. The destruction of our world class energy production and the U.S. economy.

I don't know about that. China loves cheap oil.

If its a hoax, perhaps then they should lobby their legislators to remove funding for protecting Naval Station Norfolk from rising sea waters. Already, there are times in high tides when the fire station is isolated by water. Many critical faculties are being moved to second floors. Piers are being raised now at a cost of $60M each. Across the water, Langley AFB has had to install pumps to pull the water away from the runway.

Its like Covid, shut your eyes and its not real.

A little late with the fearmongering - the election is over, Biden won.

Biden has not won yet. There is no telling what's going to happen with the Electoral College. There are still certain hoops to get through. Trump thrives on chaos. He even thrives on death - his disregard for the pandemic shows that. It was a hoax, it was going away with the summer, it was going away when the election was over...meanwhile he plays golf, watches TV and twitters away.

Recognizing reality isn't "counting chickens". Is it possible the election is overturned? Anything is possible.

Regardless, your "Oh, no, Biden's gonna raise your energy costs!!!!!" hand waving won't play any part in the outcome. As I said, you're a bit late.

Don't plan on making an omelet when you have no eggs.

The world has proven reserves equivalent to 46.6 times its annual consumption levels. This means it has about 47 years of oil left (at current consumption levels and excluding unproven reserves).
https://www.worldometers.info/oil/#:...ven%20reserves).

Okay...so, let's imagine that you're in a car, and there's a cliff ahead, and you're driving strait towards it. You're moving rather slowly, but that cliff's still there. Your destination is the opposite direction that the cliff is in...but you're still driving towards the cliff edge anyway. You're not in the mood to turn the steering wheel yet. I'm not sure why. You just really aren't in the mood.

Now, you have three options here. You can drive off the cliff. That's number 1. Option number 2 is making a slow, easy turn over time. Option number three is making a sharp, screeching turn at the last possible second that terrifies all the passengers and causes the family dog - a yorkie - to careen into the windshield. Also, your grandparents will be drinking coffee shortly before this occurs and scalding liquid will spray over everybody.

Which of these three paths do you believe would be wisest?
