Walter was also a criminal. Why are these people made out to be "saints" when they are killed, because of their own actions. We are now hearing what a good father, Walter was to his seven children.....who you and I support.
Same outcome would have happened if he was white. Dont understand why people keep making this about color other than the fact that people want to divide our country. People should be held accountable for their actions regardless of color and though I am not sure if a shooting was justified, the reaction to it was unnecessary. Biden's comments were merely to gain the votes of those in that community as we all know he believes that you aint black unless you vote for him.
Much like the death of George Floyd, these officers just need additional training on how to deal with anxiety and other mental health disorders. These deaths could have been prevented with more training, and these deaths had absolutely nothing to do with the color of ones skin. This is why the police need more funding; they need more training to deal with certain situations in order to avoid outcomes such as this.

Who is making him out to be a saint? People aren't protesting because they believe he was some great person. People aren't even protesting because the individual cops fired their weapons (in fact, I think there is a rather good chance both get off). People are protesting because the system is broken. Police carried no tasers, they had no means of non-lethal determent. They were put in the unfair position to deescalate a violent deranged person. Probably the thing that will be talked about most in court was the need to fire 10 shots. I am curious if the family really called for an ambulance opposed to the police. We shall see.
