Perhaps you should look above and take the opportunity to actually read the comments ---regarding this latest tragedy--- from the candidate who proposes ideas and solutions to our nation's very real issues. (You can find Biden's comprehensive position and policy proposals and ideas in many of his other speeches and on his website, in case you want to think for yourself and be a part of bringing our country together rather than reflexively jumping after the POTUS who seeks to keep us in chaos and anger and turmoil)

A man's family called for an ambulance to get help during a mental health crisis--- not for police intervention--- but the black man was tragically killed by police during this event that is under investigation.
I see, in this thread, an attempt to unjustly smear our Pennsylvania Democratic Governor Tom Wolf as a way to cause problems and create chaos and friction and controversy in our important electoral state/commonwealth. Biden's comments are pandering and proof he knows nothing about mental health. If you knew anything about a mentally unstable person you would know that 9 out of 10 times the police are required because the person is out of control and will hurt someone. In these dangerous situations, first the person has to be subdued. Once the person is no longer a threat, then treatment can begin. Pull your head out of you butt man. Mentally unstable people can be very dangerous.

Biden has never denounced the groups responsible for committing the violence, looting and arson. He and his VP support antifa and BLM thugs who promote looting and commit violence. So he can read prepared speeches all he likes, he is doing nothing to address the people responsible for the violence in our streets.
AOC told people to that now is the time for them to radicalize, during the midst of all the violence, burning, and murder, no less. Did Biden condemn her? No.
BLM leaders publicly approve of looting as a form of reparations, did Biden condemn that? No.
People waving flags and shirts declaring they belong to BLM and antifa are protesting and committing violence and looting, has Biden condemned that? No, he leads people to believe the police are the bad guys, not the violent and armed thugs who attack the police.
