The death rate is rising as cases are rising and hospitals get overwhelmed. If hospitals are overwhelmed with Covid cases, tbe reality is more people die from other causes because they can't get care and are turned away. And really 1 in 5 under 60 have a chance of dying. Do people really want to take the chance? Not.

It should come as no surprise given the president indicated all this would go away by Easter of this year. In addition, he has continued to hold super spreader events solely concerned with himself and his reelection instead of the safety of Americans.

My point is that Fauci warned that, without responsible precautions, case numbers would rise to 100,000 cases per day. This is a fact. Today, daily cases are close to 100,000.
This is nothing to do with name calling and politics. It's a simple provable fact. The country was warned, and the response by many was to ridicule. Those who ridicule are obviously having difficulties accepting reality. Shooting the messenger is pointless. The sensible thing to do would be to listen to the man who predicted the outcome of reckless behavior. Some people seem angry that the expert was correct in his analysis of the situation. Odd response, to say the least.
