You have to be something of a moron to think this is a great day in America. We may be headed to a very violent, divided future. Let's hope not. This is a terrible time for America

Yes, before Trump they were bound by a loose connection to honesty and decency. It really hampered their agenda. If held to things like "playing by the rules" and "telling the truth", their agenda is dead.

Couldn't agree more.

Sad day in America. I hope whoever wins, does so decisively enough that we can all get on with our lives, love our neighbors, and go to work. IMO, the better choice is Biden, but if Trump wins (or Biden), I hope they do so clearly, once ALL the votes are counted. Either way, life should go on.

We have been divided for years. That will never change. The key thing is to ensure gridlock so extremist agendas cannot progress. We achieved that. Having Democrats control everything does not end division. People are still divided, it's just a different party in charge. The most important thing was to stop their ability to pass legislation and that has now been achieved by keeping the Senate, expanding the House and controlling the SCOTUS. I am beyond thrilled.

Gum up the works! Gum up the works! Doesn't make for an inspiring campaign slogan, but still. That's the best outcome - that the checks and balances are in place and work.
Agreed!

The riots will continue and Obamacare will be renamed to Bidencare. We will all have to kneel for the national anthem. I guess those are the major things that will happen. There will be no effect on Covid since Biden has the same plan as Trump.

It's just not gasoline prices. Fossil fuels are in almost all products. All plastics and "composites" and we make almost everything with plastic today. Everything will go up and we will have massive inflation and much larger living expenses across the board. The working poor and middle income earner will be hurt the most.

Before Trump, the Republican party was highly respectable as the party for economic success, with upper middle class values.

Under Trump rule, all the nasty hateful rednecks came out from under the rock and embarrassed the country in front of the world, and divided us all.

The minority, very loud and aggressive redneck culture can't continue to represent America.

This is why this country sucks. "I love gridlock." Good grief.

You talk about division and hate, yet here you are name calling, creating division and being hateful. How come liberals never see that?
