It sounds like it was matter of 342 ballots, they don't know which way it will change the count - whose favor those unscanned ballots will be, and Biden is 7200 votes ahead of Trump.
So. Best possible case for Trump, he'll only be losing in the state by 6900 something votes.
Which is close, that's close.
But it appears among the uncounted ballots were the military votes, so . . . maybe some ARE for Trump.

The county off with their scanning/counting is run by Democrats......Fulton(Atlanta).
