No one is saying that there need to be no investigation if there is evidence that something happened. So far there has been no evidence presented despite judges asking for any evidence.
Do we need to investigate a bank robbery when there is no evidence that the bank was robbed, no money has been shown to be missing, and no sign of B&E?
There is plenty of circumstantial evidence, that’s for sure. Time will tell if they have direct evidence.

Also, the counting shut down for only a few hours. I heard the first state announce, at which point I went to sleep - a bit stunned - that they were going to shut down and resume in the morning. I figured around 8 a.m., if these people had to go home, eat something, and then get a decent 6 or so hours sleep, but no.....they were back at it in the wee hours of the morning. They never went home. They never went to sleep.
A replacement shift requires more money to pay them, and enough people to staff the positions. Due to covid many long time poll workers did not volunteer this year.

It’s not that “Trump says so.” I know you arrogant leftists think Trump voters are a bunch of idiots who don’t think for themselves, but the fact remains that five swing states with Trump pulling ahead did something never before done - they just stopped counting! All almost at the same time! And then when they started up again, Trump was falling behind.
There was no legitimate reason to stop counting. Especially not when you’re using a Democrat-owned voting machine company known for fraudulently electing Chavez.

Maybe, just maybe, people are required to process ballots and those people need to eat and sleep so they stopped counting to go eat and sleep and then started again after eating and sleeping.

The more you believe in the alternate universe the more you believe that reality is engineered by conspirators. It has to be. The alternate universe is challenged on too many fronts by facts. For all those challenges to happen requires a vast conspiracy working together to come up with those facts. It has to be exhausting to believe in all those conspiracies, but once you're in conspiracy-land, it's like a bouncy-house with no exit. There's no solid ground and no way out. The issue is/was, they refused to certify and they were threatened so they agreed to certify. They were given police protection and now they are refusing again. Simple, really.
