Biden, who is not yet president or even president-elect, has clearly stated during the campaign he would immediately go to work on covid. He is putting together a transition team for this purpose to hit the ground running.
It is absurd to think this team will start from zero and not build on the progress the science community has done. I would not be surprised if some of the current folks will be asked. I doubt Pence will be one of them, though.
What is the problem with this? This is one of the reasons he got elected.
The problem is that it's stupid, and there is no chance he will be more effective than the Trump administration. He had no plan before November 3, and he sure as hell didn't have a plan in March or April or July that would have made things turn out better if he'd been in charge. He's basically Chauncey Gardner in Being There or Dorothy Gale in The Wizard of Oz. He has nothing to offer. He just got lucky.

I guess you missed the part today that Pfizer has a vaccine that is 90% effective. A vaccine that was ordered made with all available resources, and additional resources provided by President Trump. When it's all said and done Trump will have been the one that saved all of you pathetic souls from COVID19. None of you deserve the Orange Emperor's mercy. But, because he is a benevolent man he bestowed it upon you anyway.

Sit on your high horse whilst a corrupt thieving political party under cuts our democracy. Trump is not the most modest guy, however, the people voted for him over that crook Clinton, who erased 30,000 emails from her illegal server in her basement (obstructing justice) who then called Trump's Presidency illegitimate, then lied and tried to frame him with the fake Russia lie, which was treasonous, and then Penocchio's House impeached him for no crime. Then these traitors change the rules on voting during a pandemic. At this moment feeble Biden and his twit are not officially presidents. If it turns out he becomes president, mark my words, its going to be a disaster, not by the boogy man whiteys but by their own design.
There is nothing new to Biden's plan - like we all knew there wouldn't be. Well - with the one exception that he may lock down the entire country and put tens of millions out of work by destroying businesses. That is of course the plan dictated to the by The Great Reset elite.
Trump is challenging that result, and who knows, his challenges may have some merit.
Similar to if you're found guilty in a court of law but you file an appeal.
Or if you get your property tax bill and you go to city hall to contest it.
The vote counts have determined Biden is the winner, but Trump now has the chance to challenge that finding.
Before January 20. Or maybe January 6th actually.
