GoP needs to fire the old head that resist change...
Who's resisting "natural" or good change? It's unlawful, immoral and genocidal change that is the objection. Is socialism good change? Is virtual open borders good change? How about rewarding millions of illegal aliens with amnesty is that good change? How about late term abortion and men changing to women and vice versa among other so-called progressive policies are they good change? I don't think so!
Intelligent, mature, responsible people do not typically make political decisions based on the melanin content of their skin, or based on some sort of supposed "requirement" that they vote for a certain group of people, no matter what their policies or record of accomplishment and behavior is. That is true for people of all ethnicities, although black people here in this country have been somewhat of an exception over the last 50 years. But that showed progress towards opening up and changing this election, in no small part because of the efforts that President Trump made to speak to these communities about what their choices were and why what he was offering was a better choice than the alternative.
Hispanics have never been so monolithic as black voters have been. This election, they frankly scarred the crap out of the Democrats in Florida and Texas with their willingness to vote for Trump. The numbers were huge.
Clearly, all the racial smear campaigns did not work with those people. The mental expectation that all these people would vote for the Democrats was shattered to a sufficient degree this time that Republicans are sure to follow Trump's outreach example going forward. And with that, the Democrat's 'Identity politics' political plantation mindset is no longer a thing.
Problem is, you don’t have another Trump to pull this off again with Hispanic voters. And let’s be frank..the overall Latino vote STILL went blue by a large margin.
None of your other potential candidates can do what Trump did. Not even Marco Rubio.

Up until election day, the Democrat left political and media "experts" were rock-solid certain that Trump was going to get DESTROYED as a result of tsunami of non-caucasion voters who were against him like a unified army, because you all had deceitfully called him a racist incessently for the last four years.

So, the day before the election, your people thought that Trump was the best opponent they could possibly have for their agenda of ginning up race hatred and division, etc. Now, all of the sudden, "you don't have another Trump?"
What? So now a week after the election, Trump is now being belatedly recast as some sort of multi-ethnic superhero for the Republicans that can never be replaced?

Rubio's comments were aspirational. Donald Trump got 12% of the black vote, 32% of the latino vote, 34% of the asian vote, and 58% of the white vote. To do well with minorities, the GOP will need to stop attacking them.

Can’t speak for other groups, but that African American total goes down to about 3-5% with any other Republican. And I suspect it’ll be the same result (loss of voters) with the other aforementioned groups you listed.

How is the GOP attacking minorities? Is stating facts considered to be attacking someone now? The only way the GOP will get more of the black vote would be to become a socialistic party like the Dems. The only way they will do well with Latinos is to promise amnesty for their illegal amigos and virtual open borders for the rest of their ethnic groups to come here. No thanks!
