you are trying to justify killing someone for playing loud music.
just give up.
Thank you. Anyone who is making feeble attempts to justify killing that person, I'd prefer if they would just be blunt. No one is going to like what said persons are saying anyway, because justifying killing someone over loud music is wrong, period. However, the feeble, passive aggressive attempts are played out and stupid.
The young guy for being an inconsiderate jerk in blasting his music in a hotel parking lot in the early hours of the morning, and the other guy for being a wanna be Paul Kersey and unnecessarily escalating the situation by deciding to bring a gun and seeking a fight (he will most likely face prison time).
But such is life these days thanks to the twisted "woke" movement, that in any situation involving a Black person and a White person, the Black person is absolved of any and all blame regardless, and is always the victim of a 'racist' society. The local police chief in fact had to immediately backtrack and issue a 'clarification' when he simply posted a matter of fact and unopinonated statement that the victim was playing loud music which upset the other guy.
I'm sure if the script was flipped, and it was a dead white guy, then race would not have been viewed as a factor. These race baiters always want to make it about race.

Who would be there to witness this, at 4:30 a.m.? Apparently the shooter has told the story that the news is reporting - that he shot the man for playing loud music in the parking lot in the wee hours.

Here are a few more details. Apparently the shooter went and got the manager of the hotel, and falsely claimed he had been punched in the face by the victim. The victim's hands, and the shooter's face, showed no injuries.
While the manager was standing there, the shooter pulled out the gun and shot the victim.
I have spent many nights in motels everywhere as well as in the city that this happened in. Whenever someone's music is too loud, fighting or smoking pot in the next room, construction workers idling a diesel truck outside my room at 5 am, drug dealers partying out side my door, or loud prostitutes pouring on, I roll over and say I'll never stay here again. But this low-life demands that the other occupants humor him or else. I hope he visits all 14 or 15 prisons in Oregon and gets twisted.
Throw the killer under the jail. The young man was 19, doing obnoxious teenager things. You don’t get to murder someone because they are doing something you don’t like. Furthermore, the article states the killer had his third-grade child with him when he shot the teen. Too many people have adopted a culture of violence. Keep the thug off the street and behind bars where he belongs.
