IF PUBLIC HEALTH OFFICIALS DETERMINE THAT RESIDENTS OF THE STATE ARE NOT DEVELOPING SUFFICIENT IMMUNITY FROM COVID-19, THE DEPARTMENT SHALL MANDATE VACCINATION FOR ALL INDIVIDUALS OR GROUPS OF INDIVIDUALS WHO, AS SHOWN BY CLINICAL DATA, ARE PROVEN TO BE SAFE TO RECEIVE SUCH VACCINE
Hmmm
Quote:
The Nuremberg code, which stated explicit voluntary consent from patients are required for human experimentation was drafted on August 9, 1947.
But not everyone can get the vaccine. And that is per national health departments in countries all over the world....UK, Canada and soon the US.
I'd say NY will lose if it goes to court and you can bet it will since the FDA/CDC will recommend that pregnant women, women considering pregnancy, those with allergic reactions and those under 16 do not get the shot.
Note: There is an exemption part of that bill so people can opt out of the vaccine with a doctor's note.
From the bill:
3. ANY INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS RECEIVED A MEDICAL EXEMPTION FROM A LICENSED
MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL SHALL NOT BE MANDATED TO RECEIVE THE COVID-19
VACCINE AND SHALL BE EXCLUDED FROM THE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS SECTION.
Of course NY would do this. I bet California will too. Ugh!
