A Constitutional Crisis has been precipitated by the democrat coup attempt. We now have a very volatile situation that will result in violence, one way or another, all for the oligarchs to gain control of the nation. They know that if Trump has a second term, their tech empires will be broken up and they are finished. Thus, the HUGE gamble they took in orchestrating the coup with the DNC and the Chinese.
Now we have over half of the states suing the states in which the fraud "won" the election for Biden.
Given the number of states participating in the legal effort to reverse the coup, the Supreme Court will be forced to hear the case, whether they like to or not.
When the SCOTUS hears the case, they will recognize the fraud, disqualify the fraudulent electors, and send the election to the Congress, gaining Trump a second term. What if they did not?
1. The Supreme Court has already ruled on this issue in the past and they will uphold their previous decision.
2. The majority of the judges (sans Kagan and Sotomayor) will uphold the Constitution
3. If the Supremes allowed Biden to be president, it would be prelude to a Civil War.
A. Placing Trump in office will result in a few thousand ANTIFA and BLM members rioting, who will be easily put down.
B. Placing Biden in office would result in a Civil War, in which the suing states would break away from the Union.
4. Siding with Biden would guarantee that there are no longer free elections in the US.
5. Siding with Biden would grant the nation to the oligarchs and the Chinese, effectively ending a free US.
6. Siding with Biden would probably result in a Supreme Court packing, eliminating the balance of power in the government and making the Supreme Court a permanent, unelected ruling body, making the presidency and the congress moot.
It is obvious to anyone with half a brain what will happen. Dems are caught up in liberal emotion and have failed to think this through logically, which prevents them from understanding what MUST happen.

If the Supreme Court recognizes any fraud in this election, I hope they share it with the rest of us. So far no court has seen any, nor have any election officials, DOJ, DHS officials and I would say attorneys general, but a few are making a last ditch effort to say there is because of wanting to please Trump. That being said, I'm not aware that they have presented any either.
Me thinks you're in for more disappointment. The Supreme Court is less easily impressed by threats of terrorism and sedition than you think. They will base their ruling rather on law. An argument of if you don't do what I say there will be civil war just won't go anywhere other than Paxton or whatever crony he sends to argue his case cooling his heels in the pen on contempt charges. Paxton will actually be required to present a compelling legal case if he wants to win, not just rely on veiled threats of violence and retribution.

You seem to be the emotional one. Lots of repressed anger. It's clouding your logic.
Hopefully the Biden Administration will make it easy and affordable for you to get the mental healthcare that you so desperately need.
You've already stated many times that the SCOTUS will rule in Trump's favor, or he will invoke the Insurrection Act. That leaves a zero percent chance of Biden becoming president, making this a pointless and redundant thread. Unless perhaps you are not confident in any of these things actually happening?
You know it's bad when the others who share your general outlook have abandoned you and the only responses you get are those questioning your mental health.

I disagree with most of your post but wanted to dig a little specifically into your first assertion. When has the Supreme Court ruled on the issue presented in Texas v. Pennsylvania? Are you aluding to Bush v. Gore? If so, do you realize they addressed different issues?
And also, I asked this several times of multiple results deniers in early November and never got an answer. Now might be a good time to ask again. Given your faith in the Supreme Court (which I also have), will you accept their disposition of the case?
