Everyone with a brain knew Biden was a racist before this video. He was a former segregationist. He told people they aren't black if they don't support him. He once claimed you had to have an Indian accent to visit a 711. This video, recording, whatever it is, is nothing when compared to his long, long list of racist statements, remarks and actions. Not sure how anyone can deny it, which is why it's laughable when Biden supporters call Trump a racist.

Black people have spoken, they turned out in record numbers on November 3rd. And 88% of them voted for Biden.
I'm so glad Biden will be president soon and trump will be gone. Biden actually cares about minorities, versus Trump the racist.
That’s laughable, Biden who has been on record making racist comments, friends with a former klansman. Biden doesn’t care one iota for the minorities or working class. Biden is a bigger racist than Trump ever will be.
