Oh, can't we do what Congress might do? "No comment"

You voted for Trump and now this country IS a banana republic.

Your "peers" just attempted to prevent Trump from leaving the Whitehouse by storming the capitol after being encouraged to do so by the President himself. You reap what you sow.

Funny though, we didn't hear from the press or democrat leaders , or even the lemmings when the democrat rioters and looters and torchers were wrecking the country, I guess that was "peaceful protesting" and celebrated by the liberal left.

Gotta keep your priorities straight !
You have no idea who did the rioting, burning and looting this summer. They weren't carrying signs like the Trump supporters were today. We KNOW who they are. And we know who demanded they do what they did.

Congressional leaders (Pelosi) told them to stand down - Anything to make Trump look bad.

Possibly serious prison time per some of the news reports.

I hope toxic Trump ends up in prison, if not for this by inciting a riot on Federal property, for all of his ongoing corruption (including trying to coerce the Georgia Secretary of State into subverting the US election process) and deep damage to the country that he's done since Day 1. He is a nasty, vile old man who is a threat to public safety and needs to be treated as such. I hope each and every one of his vile cultists who rioted receive justice under the full extent of the law as well.

He's created a huge mess that's going to take a long time to recover from but thank goodness he'll be gone in two weeks and the slow process of sorting out his mess can begin. It may even be less than 2 weeks if the 25th amendment is invoked due to Trump's heightened mental incapacitation making him "unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office."

He deserves being housed in general population somewhere like San Quentin and not some special privileged bunker prison.

No but that didn't stop the right from declaring them to be treasonous!

9000 miles away, and I feel shame for my nation. Those "protestors" deserve to receive the maximum penalty. I detest Pelosi as much as I detest Trump and Biden, but violating her office and other such spaces is completely uncalled for. Those people have disgraced themselves.
