I know our Nation's Capitol...the citadel of American of Democracy was stormed and desecrated and Trump has been Impeached for inciting this insurrection. Inciting violence needs to be banned and he hasn't changed one iota since the capitol was stormed. So I am glad we are not seeing more needless loss of life.

Although most in the GOP have chosen party over country, I am still hopeful for Trump to be our nation’s first pro se litigant in an impeachment trial.
That's bad news. Trump will need to be given sufficient time to assemble a defense team and decide on witnesses. This could end up being the biggest news story for the whole year. Months long trial when Repubs already told the Dems to prepare for another dose of Trump victories. Fun days ahead.

We already know what the senate is going to do. We've seen this playbook before.
