There's a middle ground to seek, and I'm happy that the very leftist idea to distribute stimulus to illegal residents was overruled.

At this point why is this a surprise, Biden raised his hand approving using our tax dollars for free healthcare for illegals during the primaries.
They have been getting free healthcare at any emergency room in the country for years.
Their employers have no benefits, so if they fall off a roof or out of a tree, your county hospital will get them well. If they are paralyzed, your tax dollars will fly them home in a medical plane.
I don't think anybody in Harris county knows how many anchor babies have been delivered here. Mom just shows up in labor and the taxpayers provide for her and the anchor baby. This has been happening in my long memory at least 70 years.

There never was a plan to send stimulus to illegal immigrants. Nothing was overruled, because there was nothing proposed to overrule.
Note that the metric used to pay stimulus was filing of a tax return and an income threshold.
Illegal immigrants need to file tax returns just as anyone else does, and it's safe to say that most will fall under the income threshold needed to receive the stimulus money.
So yes, I'd have to say that most will be getting a check. At least the ones filing a return.

It's in Biden's $1.9 trillion stimulus package. Last round, mixed families with questionable status did not get a check for the questionable one. This one includes them getting checks that's why the amendment says no "future stimulus will go to undocuments."
