Trump should stop trying to pretend he doesn’t know who shot the Capitol intruder. If he’s so concerned about outing the shooter, he should tell what he knows. Why won’t he?
I wasn’t aware Trump was pretending he did not know who did it.
He was POTUS for 14 days after her death.
Sounds a tad like a manufactured drama for attention to me.
If I crawl through a window anywhere other than my own property, I fully understand I may be shot.
Given the chaos in the Capital on 1/6, I am surprised at the restraint shown by LE.
Floyd already did his time for his past. He wasn’t an agressor and wanted to get away. Babbit and company were breaking in like rage zombies.
This proof that the Left can’t be reasoned with…. Btw, Floyd was resisting assist…. Wanting to get away from the police is resisting arrest. And no, I do not believe Floyd should have died in custody or do I believe Babbitt should have been shot either.
I can’t remember the name of the Capitol Police Officer that shot Babbitt, but it has been put out on the internet, by an unknown source… He’s Black, which doesn’t matter, imho, but what matters to me is that this officer was openly a supporter of the BLM movement.
We reached that point a long time ago. Giffords was shot, Scalise was shot. People like Moscow Mitch have 24 hour security. The POTUS and VP have the Secret Service at all times.
As for Lincoln... how did his presidency end again? I forget...
Garfield was assassinated.
After McKinley was assassinated, Congress ordered SS protection for POTUS, former POTUS and spouses.
JFK was assassinated.
Reagan was shot and survived.
The POTUS can order SS protection for just about anyone. Jared/ Ivanka and family received such protection throughout Trump’s presidency.
Cabinet members are more likely to receive protection from the US Marshall’s service.
The article and headline from the "Populist Press" aren't very well written.
Ashli Babbitt is deceased, so the legal team could not be her legal team. They may be representing her heirs, although that isn't stated.
She did something very foolish by breaking into the Capitol, but I do feel bad for her family for their loss, particularly her grandfather.
I saw him being interviewed and he was upset and heartbroken that his granddaughter had made those choices, but still loved his granddaughter and saw her good potential had she chosen a different path that didn't end her life. So I felt bad for him.

Nope. The cops (and maybe Pelosi?) created it by allowing them into the building to begin with.

But lets cut to the chase. Most of you only care because now it happened to a white woman.
Nope. But speaking of cutting to the chase...most of you don't care because it was a white woman.
