Doesn't sound like he was doing his Christmas shopping that day.
What was the "dangerous weapon?"

After pitching a fit to the judge in a somewhat hostile tone, the judge advised him that his lawyer should file a petition to the court for bail. Thereafter the judge promptly left the bench.

One has to wonder what sort of lawyer Mr. Barnett has representing him. Maybe the attorney knows that there is no way that this judge is going to grant bail to a traitor who attempted to disrupt a bona fide US Election, and storm the capital of our government. People were killed during Mr Barnett's raid. Maybe he hasn't thought about that issue?

Regardless, were it not for the fair system of justice we have under the government which Mr. Barnett was attempting to overthrow, he would have been executed a long time ago. Now he has to sit in jail for a trial which is likely to result in a life sentence, or at least a couple decades or more of incarceration.

And he is whining because he has been there for a month!

LoL He does get credit for time served. Maybe someone needs to have a sit-down with Mr. Barnett and explain how our judicial system works. Maybe he should call Donald and get his legal bills paid for as well.
Actions have consequences.

There have been protests and riots in the streets of this country since it's inception. The only other entity that desecrated this nations capitol were the British in the war of 1812. To hell with Whataboutism.

Yeah well, the British burned it to the ground.
The "insurrectionists" mostly wandered around taking pictures, then they went home.

I don't think BLM was because of the Presidents actions, but rathe his INactions. But hey, if you have proof Donald Trump told the BLM protesters to protest like he told the insurrectionists to march on the Capitol, I'd love to see it.

Seems Trump supporters LOVE to talk about his leadership.....except when it comes to the things he actually DID as President. Then all of a sudden, they forget that the President is supposed to be a higher office. Then Donny Two Times is just one of the guys.....

Now it's "there's a cockroach in my cell".

Man, that's just heartbreaking.

Why isn’t the totally obvious even acknowledged?

According to reports and some of the arrest reports I have seen, not one person was charged with procession of a firearm. Inside or even outside the Capitol.

It is well and Established that Capitol PoLice and other involved LEO are armed. THe tragic death of Ashli. Babbit. Confirms that.

So the Narrative we are to believe , is that “ Armed White Supremacists “ were attempting to overthrow the Government.

They arrived without firearms. Does Anyone with any common sense think that they figured they could overcome armed with Firearms LOE and Capitol Police? Using banners, flagpoles and , yeah okay, a few fire extinguishers?

Let’’s summarize. An “ armed insurrection “ by “ white supremacists “ was “planned” and put into action on Jan 6th. WITHOUT the weapons necessary to carry out the mission.

Would a person attempting to rob a bank by saying “ give me all the money in the drawer ” be charged with armed robbery , when he didn’t possess or show a firearm?

How can there be an insurrection without the tools in place to succeed?
