Barnett faces felony charges of obstruction of Congress, entering a Secret Service-restricted building with a dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct in a restricted building with a dangerous weapon, as well as misdemeanors, including demonstrating in a Capitol building and theft.

Richard Barnett, the seditionist who bragged about storming the Nation's Capital and then taking photos of himself rummaging through Speaker Pelosi's desk, has been in jail for over a month.
Yesterday, at a hearing, he whined to the Judge about being locked up "while others have been released on bail.
After pitching a fit to the judge in a somewhat hostile tone, the judge advised him that his lawyer should file a petition to the court for bail. Thereafter the judge promptly left the bench.
One has to wonder what sort of lawyer Mr. Barnett has representing him. Maybe the attorney knows that there is no way that this judge is going to grant bail to a traitor who attempted to disrupt a bona fide US Election, and storm the capital of our government. People were killed during Mr Barnett's raid. Maybe he hasn't thought about that issue?
Regardless, were it not for the fair system of justice we have under the government which Mr. Barnett was attempting to overthrow, he would have been executed a long time ago. Now he has to sit in jail for a trial which is likely to result in a life sentence, or at least a couple decades or more of incarceration.
And he is whining because he has been there for a month!
LoL He does get credit for time served. Maybe someone needs to have a sit-down with Mr. Barnett and explain how our judicial system works. Maybe he should call Donald and get his legal bills paid for as well.
Doing that is sick and stupid. But, at least they didn't burn the building or the paintings and other things that were inside, and they didn't smash the statues ... the things the lefties pets love to do. The lefty pets also tried to burn buildings with cops trapped inside, terrorized children who were cancer patients, murdered innocent people including at least one cop and a small child, and committed other atrocities. Clean up your own mess before point fingers at others.

He’s no different from the terrorists who destroyed, burned down and looted our cities. Only he didn’t kill anyone like they did. He should get the same treatment.
I don't think BLM was because of the Presidents actions, but rathe his INactions. But hey, if you have proof Donald Trump told the BLM protesters to protest like he told the insurrectionists to march on the Capitol, I'd love to see it.

So the Narrative we are to believe , is that “ Armed White Supremacists “ were attempting to overthrow the Government.
They arrived without firearms. Does Anyone with any common sense think that they figured they could overcome armed with Firearms LOE and Capitol Police? Using banners, flagpoles and , yeah okay, a few fire extinguishers?
Let’’s summarize. An “ armed insurrection “ by “ white supremacists “ was “planned” and put into action on Jan 6th. WITHOUT the weapons necessary to carry out the mission.
Would a person attempting to rob a bank by saying “ give me all the money in the drawer ” be charged with armed robbery , when he didn’t possess or show a firearm?
How can there be an insurrection without the tools in place to succeed?
