His testimony is still viable in the time continuum of events and his truth is not barred in the court room.

That's your label.

The courts accept testimony based on their activity at the time of the ' charged 'occurances. Cohen was active as a lawyer (.for the twice impeached former president.)

Interesting take ...

Cohen is a 'felon' for the same crime Trump committed. They worked together.

The judiciary system 100% disagrees with you.

I almost hope he is indicted. Would be an interesting event to watch with him once again walking away smiling and unscathed.

No it doesn't. Trump was not prosecuted by the Department of Justice because he was a sitting president, not because he was found not culpable.

The Southern District of New York could still bring charges, now that he is not shielded by the office. He is citizen Trump, just like you and I. No different now.

Does this confuse you?

Once Out Of Office, Trump Faces Significant Legal Jeopardy

"It is Justice Department policy that a sitting president cannot be indicted."

Very likely it was this protection that made spreading the BIG LIE and overturning the election a top priority for Trump. Trump knew that once he left office he is liable to prosecution. So he lied to you and incited a mob to attack the capitol building.

Will he be indicted for his conspiracy with Michael Cohen? He should be, in all fairness, because his partner in crime did jail time. But he has not been exonerated and only time will tell.

It is already ending badly for the Republicans.

The Republican Party has shown itself to be for Jim Crow, racist laws, laws directly related to slowing down minority (mostly black) voting. But Trump's base are the hard core southerners, white supremacist anti-liberal poorly educated voters.

The "old guard" GOP are pleasing Trump and Trump's cult followers on the one hand, while on the other hand needing to also please the mainstream Republicans of old, many who have jumped ship due to Trumpism.

Trump is "at war" with many of the mainstream Republicans and his narcissism makes him think he can have a major impact on his own. While he will have some impact, he has split the Party so now the Republican Party has split the voters between pro-Trump and pro-GOP.

That makes it difficult for the Republicans to run a candidate and win. Trump will siphon off a lot of votes! But not enough for him to win.

So neither the GOP nor the GQP/Trump Cult Party can win now, other than in local elections.

Meanwhile the racist laws as in Georgia and Florida, to suppress voting, are only going to serve to make people MORE DETERMINED TO VOTE, just like in the last election which is WHY Trump lost! And WHY the Republicans will lose again.

All this caused by a guy who will be in prison by 2022 anyway...
As to the "any day now" , that was because a false rumor was spread that the NYSD Attorney was going to indict him a few weeks ago, but it didn't happen yet. YET. The wheels of justice move slow...
