They have some nuclear powered subs, they do not have a “nuclear navy”. The rest are still diesel and are no world class navy.
Having nuclear weapons does not make you a world power.
Is NK a world power? No.
Is Pakistan a world power? No.

Some of the Caucasian ethnic groups were punished by Stalin for the same actions from what I remember.

The newly installed American puppet of Kiev's regime refused to close the air space where this puppet unleashed the war on the Eastern part of Ukraine. The reason he didn't do it, is because if he'd announce the civil war officially, ( and properly closed the air space,) he wouldn't be able to apply for the IMF loans.
So the MH 17 ended up in a war zone - plain and simple.
How does a president who is "owned by the Russians" happen to levy several harsh sanctions on Russia?
