Look up what Trump answered when faced with a similar question.

It has nothing to do with "being a coward," and everything with being intelligent and diplomatic, which is a MUST when you trusted with top jobs of international importance.

Russia is not our friend- period. Least not the politics- many Russians live in the USA, and have nothing to do with all that

I know exactly what Trump said. He said there are a lot of killers and our country isn't so innocent. That is not intelligent or diplomatic. He threw us under the bus to placate Putin.

Acknowledging the truth is never a "weakness."
In fact, it's a sign of strength and intelligence, least of all - throwing anyone "under the bus."

Well I guess Biden showed strength and intelligence by calling Putin exactly who he is. You have to wonder why Trump brought our country into the conservation about Putin. It was a simple question and had nothing to do with us.

The administration angered China today too, but you guys don't seem to upset about that. Biden, just like every other president in recent memory besides Trump, considers Putin a dictator who rules with an iron fist and poisons his enemies. Trump was/is owned by Russian oligarchs financially which is why he cowered in front of Vladi and changed the subject whenever he was grilled about the Russian problem.

We are the most powerful country in the world. We don't kowtow to any other country. Yes we have our faults. But what president admits that to another country. Sorry, just stupid of Trump.

There is a reason Barney Fife never became the Sheriff. He simply wasn't Sheriff material. Democrats however aren't that smart so now we have a dementia afflicted lesser version of Barney Fife 'leading' the formerly free world.
