The ones with the hurt feelings were the legislators in Georgia, who were so bummed out that Stacey Abrams foiled their attempts to fix the election, they made new rules to keep the "wrong" people from voting.
Which rules and which wrong people? Please provide specifics referencing actual passages in the law.
In Georgia? This protest is about what is going in there, right?
Yes, his funding goes to organizations that are directly involved in this fight and/or helping people in Georgia. For example naacp is lead organization in the suit against the state. He gives a lot of money and it goes to help a lot of people.

Do the Georgia offices of the naacp employ as many Georgians or create as business for the local communities as a movie or production company based there would.
This is insane. If there are certain provisions to the law that one disagrees about, be specific, and start to get signatures. I don’t think it is wise to hurt the local economy, because it can certainly back fire on you. Many of the people who will be affected are minorities. MLB moved from an area with a large minority population to an area with a large white population.
How does that help your cause? It seems like the white folks in the Denver area will disproportionately benefit from this move. Actually get a consensus from the people in the area. Start a petition and get signatures. They may want to damage the governor’s reputation by hurting the economy, but they will take down a lot of innocent people with him in this already fragile economy.
"Will Smith and director Antoine Fuqua have pulled production of their runaway slave drama “Emancipation†from Georgia over the state’s recently enacted law restricting voting access.
The film is the largest and most high profile Hollywood production to depart the state since Georgia’s Republican-controlled state Legislature passed a law that introduced stiffer voter identification requirements for absentee balloting, limited drop boxes and gave the State Election Board new powers to intervene in county election offices and to remove and replace local election officials. Opponents have said the law is designed to reduce the impact of minority voters."
Another big financial hit for Georgia over a policy that most people haven't even read yet. The people being hurt the most by this move and the MLB All Star game are the minority communities. This is hurting them more than the voting regulations.
You keep on parroting the same lies told to you by the Left. It has already been shown many times that the GA law has nothing to do with race and actually better ensures that democracy is not undermined through fraudulent voting.
Since when do the Libs need to look at actual facts?

He feeds, clothes, houses and fights for poor people in that state. He is interested in helping black people in particular. He does a lot of good. He does not want to work in a state with bad voting policies and does no want them to benefit from his economic engine. His pulling out sends a message to the legislators and to the world. I applaud him. More people should do as much good work as he does. It will cost him to move the production.
Are you comparing yourself and think he should behave like you?
Similar to south africa where his foundation is very invested. He does not want to support a government with policies he disagrees with. That is his right.

Chairty work is good but does not have the same impact has creating jobs and the economy that surrounds a business. In essence if there is a big movie/tv studio that area/town becomes a factory town, the local economy relies on it but can also profit off it. Many college towns are in also a factory town. Once that one big source of income leaves so do all the associated businesses. Reliance on charity makes one dependent where having a big business and robust economy make people independent. Most don't want to become a charity case.
Movie production has helped and/or been part of Georgias economic development. As have tv shows like the Walking Dead and misc other productions. The Atlanta Olympics seem to have put Georgia on the map economically. The housing bubble help fuel another increase followed by things like tv and movie production. So would have the MLB game.
His 'message' sending is costing Georgians more than staying there. Almost like Smith and others are using Georgians as shield or acceptable collateral damage for their cause.
