Huh? We were trying to work out where the legal line was for calling for violence.

My post was only reminding you of a benchmark the right placed on "fight like hell" being not a call to violence in political speech.

If that's not, then, "we've got to get more confrontational" certainly isn't. I wasn't offering a value judgment on her comments.

Has she been de-platformed from social media? Her comments are actually incitement, unlike Trump's.

No that's my point, her comments were less of an overt call to violence than Trump's. It's amazing how you can see it completely backward.

Trump said fight like hell, she said get more active and confrontational. The former is clearly a more specific description of violence, yet you maintain it isn't incitement. There is no way logically that the latter can be either under that standard.

I would hope the police protect the jury from the liberal lynch mobs, once the trial concludes.

I'm sorry you can't recognize that Trump specifically used the word "peacefully" whereas it is abundantly clear that Waters is asking for anything but peaceful conduct.

I'm not surprised to see you in here defending her though. After all, she has a (D) after her name.

No, that's where you're implying. Show me where she said to not be peaceful. That's the same standard you demanded for Trump's comments.

Amen to that! I sure wouldn't want to be on that jury, or one of the witnesses, or the judge, either. Their all going to be running for their lives if they don't bend over for the Dems.

They need to exercise their 2nd Amendment rights to defend themselves if necessary.

Sure, as long as they're not defending themselves against blm antifa. It's proven that a person is not allowed to defend themselves against anyone in those two groups.

Listen to the clip yourself. Then pretend a conservative said it on January 6th. Maybe you'll get it then.
