An answer in reference to a question about a forecast from Deagel (military tracking website) that says the US population could drop by 60% within 7 years. Some point to possible nuclear war, while others consider Bio terrorism. This gentleman indicates it could be conflicts, disease and food shortages caused by global cooling.

Yes, I have said there remains the risk of a 50% decline in population as the Sixth Wave of the Economic Confidence Model concludes. This is historically standard.

Um , sure I guess the risk exists...but I think the bigger risk is a run on tin foil.

Martin Arthur Armstrong (born November 1, 1949) is an American self-taught economic forecaster and convicted felon who spent 11 years in jail for cheating investors out of $700 million and hiding $15 million in assets from regulators

Great source you have there. Another Trump style con man.

I don't see 60%, but the world's human population is on the verge of a significant contraction. There are few countries with a fertility rate (the number of children born to the average woman) above 2.0. Anything below 2.0 means a contraction in population is coming.
There are lots and lots of theories and lots of discussion about what is coming.

Latest figures indicate the slowest population growth since The Depression.
Google up "Demographic Time Bomb" and pick an article. There are plenty.

I'm used to people bashing Armstrong as a messenger since those people don't know how to read or understand what actually happened and that another party misappropriated the 700 million. He spent 11 years in jail (for contempt) because he refused to disclose his proprietary software systems or admit guilt. Feel free to read your MSM propaganda and follow your fearless leader.
