I sure hope this is true. No other way to stop the never ending riots and burning cities down.

There is a difference between a peaceful protest and a riot. Rioters are criminals who should be in jail.

It's about time they started holding these people responsible, instead of shrugging their shoulders and saying things like "summer of love" or the violence is a "myth".
