The obvious BS from my "diversity and inclusion training" include, but are not limited to:
-Only white people can be racist
-Only white people are responsible for mass pollution on earth
-The definition of Capitalism is to oppress minorities, so to love capitalism is to love racism
-Literally called out Elizabeth Warren for using the dictionary definition of Capitalism, because she didn't use their invented definition
-Cops systemically shoot blacks for being black. Notice how liberals don't push back when it is pointed out that the gap between Asians and whites is bigger than the gap between whites and blacks with police shootings? Are police racist against whites in favor of Asians? Any honest and semi-informed person with an IQ north of 85 knows that although a few cops may be bad, the fact is that groups that are less likely to resist arrest and less likely to commit violent crime will have disproportionately fewer bad police interactions. Yet people just go along with the BS to appease the cancel culture mob.
-There is no such thing as natural intelligence gifts you can be born with. Science denying by the left right here.

Most of my coworkers are to the left. I guarantee you they know the above are woke lies, but they put the sign up in the window like in the USSR to say we all know it is BS, but I am compliant, don't ruin me.
If I was in one of these training seminars I'd laugh in that instructor's face, tell them everything they said is total bull****, and walk out of the room and that job. Chuckle. I'm not going to enable these pieces of trash. I'll be the martyr. Bottom line... every single piece of information mentioned in this training is unequivocally false. Don't let the members of the outer party peddle the narrative. Call them out on it.
"The protagonist Winston Smith reflects that the Proles (who form the vast majority of the population) wouldn't even need to conspire if they wanted to get rid of the Party. They could just rise up and throw it off, easily.
However, in the context of the story, this is like reflecting that cattle could easily "rebel" against their human owners as far as physical strength goes. But cattle can't stage a successful rebellion against humanity. Cattle lacks the intelligence to understand that they are "suppressed" by humans who will ultimately kill and eat them. Cattle cannot organize a rebellion or uprising against humans.
And so it is with the proles in the story. They are explicitly likened to animals. They are kept in total ignorance. The Party hands out "prolefeed", rubbishy entertainment and spurious news, to fill their mental horizon. True, very occasionally there may be a particularly gifted prole who could become a nucleus of discontent, but such individuals are marked down by the Thought Police and eliminated.
The forbidden Book supposedly written by Emanuel Goldstein, arch-nemesis of Big Brother, explains how society can be divided into the High, the Middle and the Low. The High are in power, the Middle are their servants and yearn to become the High themselves, whereas the Low are mostly only concerned with day-to-day survival but may want to create a world where all people are equal. Whenever there is a successful revolution ovethrowing the High, it comes about by the Middle enlisting the Low on their side. It is always the middle class that starts a revolution, because they are 1) able to think -- they must have some education if they are to serve the High -- AND 2) lacking in power. The Low also lack power, but they likewise lack the consciousness and intellect required to focus their discontent into meaningful rebellion.
In the world of 1984, the Inner Party = the High, the Outer Party = the Middle and the Proles = the Low. According to the historical analysis of Goldstein's Book, a revolution could only come about if some elements of the Outer Party enlisted the Proles on their side and both groups rose up against the Inner Party.
Hence the only real danger for the Inner Party lies in the Outer Party, and therefore its members are subjected to the most intense surveillance and indoctrination imaginable. The Proles, on the other hand, are often left to themselves, because they are harmless. In many ways, the Proles are the happiest people in this world, even though they live in filth and poverty. They are not indoctrinated or very intensely spied on, because Inner Party members know that the dumb, ignorant masses are also harmless. They are unable to even realize that they are oppressed, or that the world could be any different from what it is. "They can be granted intellectual freedom because they have no intellect."
One could accuse Orwell of having a condescending perspective on the working class; they are little more than uncomprehending beasts. Only the educated can understand the world or even become aware that they are oppressed, and only they can organize a revolution. But within the structure of the novel, this seems to hold true."
Why would your training do that? Maybe you aren't the one suitable to develop such training. Obviously. Unless you have nothing else better to do - other than start inflammatory whine-rants on City Data?
But at least the USSR was trying to do something specific, trying to create a communist worker's paradise. I don't know what the f$%k these people are trying to accomplish.
Acquisition of power. That's all. Nothing more specific than that is necessary for people with this mindset.
The ones that are currently cheering it on because it fits their narrative are also too stupid to realize that eventually it will come for them, too.
Those woke types who wear the Che t-shirts are also too ignorant to understand that they probably would’ve been killed by their “revolutionary heroâ€.
In theory, the similarities of the early USSR and later model and that of the current woke environment are definitely there, but with a few very important differences. Although social pressure was and is present in both, here in America today it is the very success of individuals that are exploited for allegiance more so than being hauled off to the Gulag.
No matter who you are, what you are, how you got there, you can be taken down by an onslaught of mere words. Once one is targeted by the WOKE mob, the pile on begins with usually unfortunate outcomes for those in their crosshairs. While so many suffered in the USSR, their suffering was mostly private, limited to those close to them . Today, that suffering is used as an exemplar as a subtle warning to the rest should they dare consider crossing the line.
Collectively , it is frightening how much free speech is being suppressed, and also at the same time the usage of free speech of the individual is the weapon actually used against the individual. This appears unique , and difficult to battle because of the high stakes involved.
Woke people are crazy but these guys are even crazier with this old school communist paranoia.
The point is that we on the right realize that this parallel does not necessarily translate to paranoia -- but the point remains that the difference between a doctrinal Marxist and a zealous "wokester" is only one of intensity, and not of orientation, and if that zeal continues to build, someone is going to get hurt.
Critical Social Justice indoctrination and DEI trainings are all laying the foundation for mass murder. Slowly but surely the wrong people with the wrong ideas are being canceled, and only one attitude towards groups has become acceptable in "polite" society: anti-white, pro-POC. All institutional arms in this country are pushing for "diversity," which is a pleasant sounding word for a political screening test, which everyone and their mother knows is ideological homogeneity.
I awakened to this nightmare after the Covington Catholic kid was caught smiling at a distruptive Native American man, and how the entire media and social fabric of the US went into a rage. This received attention for days, and maybe weeks. It was the biggest non-story in the history of American news, yet the hate displayed revealed a ghastly symptom. It was then I realized that our country is now unabashedly antagonistic to Whites thanks to decades of doctrinaire Wokeness. My first sentence might sound dramatic, but it's not: Tell enough people that a certain group is wicked, privileged, fragile, contemptible, and they will act accordingly.
