This. The GOP no longer cares about conservative issues. They no longer care about anything but appeasing Trump.

That's it.

There is absolutely nothing else on the party's platform.

Kiss the ring or get the hell out.

What will happen when this obese orange idiot kicks the bucket? What will be left when they have morphed from the GOP into the Party of Trump?

Don't ask these cowards. They will have no response because they can't see past their cult of personality. Thinking is beyond their skill set.

Was that Liz's position? If not, how is that relevant to this thread?

I do know that Liz is against the violence on the Capitol police on Jan.6th. Are you also?

Actually that was probably the sound of the Dems breaking in two with The Squad on this side and normal liberals on the other.

Seriously -- you are suggesting that people not speak the truth because ......it makes Trump look bad.

It doesn't make everyone look bad...it makes Trump look bad.
Right now, it also makes the entire GOP look bad!

They did not have a platform in 2020. Just an unwritten mandate to support Trump or else...

And if you are a real conservative like myself. This is very alarming.

how about if they just agree with the same policies Trump did?
The TDS crowd is pathologically obsessed with Donald Trump. That is not an exaggeration. They appear to be devoted to the idea that everyone else is as obsessed with Trump as they are and they refuse to consider that this perspective is misguided and fundamentally wrong.

They are misinterpreting the situation quite substantially, as you have correctly observed. But they are so far gone, it is not even possible to discuss this with them in a rational and intelligent manner. They cannot or will not hear it.

Those in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.

And yes, violence is never the answer.

Amazing.

Congresspeople afraid of Jabba the Hut - sitting on his fat ass in Florida.

Will they still be with him when he’s behind bars?

I find it comical that the dems all of a sudden care so much about conservative values.
