There should indeed be a commission looking into what lead up to the BLM protests. I'm wondering if it might have something to do with cops killing people in cold blood and broad daylight.

But who knows? Might be some other reason.

But combining the two would be like combining the 9/11 Commission with a deep dive into the Oklahoma City bombing.

However, a woman with walnuts for eyes could see the mass protests against being murdered in cold blood are quite different from MAGA folks attacking the Capitol, threatening elected leaders in a bizarre plot to block the results of a legitimate election.

Now perhaps the MAGA folks are fearing the BLM folks are getting too powerful, and not being able to rustle up a majority of voters, did the next best thing -- try to block the peaceful transition of power and overthrow the government.

But the idea that the two of these are any more closely related than that is just as bizarre as the notion that these were tourists on normal tourist type visit.
