People ... instead of rhetoic to demonize. Realize this is on one day her anniversary in office and seeing a largely predominantly White press pull for the city media. It is a POINT on how White the press coup is even in Chicago. Not some ban.

So you’re saying that if she’s overtly racist against whites, that would bolster her support among blacks? That’s a pretty sad state of affairs.
Who really wants to hear what she has to say anyways? I know I don't care to hear how racist and discriminating white people are etc etc while there is a slaughter of black people going on in the inner city.
Why doesn't she tackle a real issue and address the shootings and what the city is going to do to stop the lawlessness?
What happens when a newspaper or some other media outlet does not have a journalist of colour because none have ever applied for a job? Will they have to pull someone off the street and slap a press badge on them to get an interview?
Reverse racism is still racism so I think the good people of this nation have heard all we need to hear from the racist mayor.
She's trying to draw attention to the "lack of diversity" in the Chicago press corps.
