Why would any self-respecting American journalist (who I assume believes in freedom of the press) accept this termination of investigations as the proof of the Biden squad being honest and transparent?

Due to Biden's degenerate son, Hunter (before he passed, Beau was also involved) and his shady dealings with China that Biden had his grubby paws in these dealings, he is compromised when it comes to China. IOW, China owns him. It's scary that so many voters didn't care about that at all. These are the voters who voted for anything with a "D" next to their name.
If the GOP was smart, they'd focus on the fact that this administration is overwhelmed and doing a poor job rather than continuing to whine about the 2020 election. The House and Senate will go bright red in 2022 if they can actually move past this "election was stolen" garbage.

American companies really only pay the vast majority of taxes when they are profitable, and only on the portion of their business operations that are profitable. If they lose money, they can even carry those losses forward in time so that they do not have to pay taxes even when they are profitable.
Of course, and that only makes complete sense. That is how it should be
Investors are lending their (already taxed) money to fund companies. If they lose money in a year, the company has to pay that money back. In the next year they make the profit, the money isn't going into their pockets, it's going to pay back the money that was lent and risked.
Once you clear the debt hurdle, then the profit is taxable, because only then is it real profit and not debt repayment

Both those fools Joe and Kam-Kam, are only figureheads...they have no control over their own actions or choices. They are just there to implement orders given to them by Soros.
