My point is though that if one is going to blame the employers then they need to blame the illegal workers also. No one forces them over our border to work here and they know by doing so and accepting a job here (many times through using fake documents) that they are breaking the law but for some reason the apologists for illegal aliens never put any blame on the illegals at all. They think by wanting a better life that it justifies their law breaking and fraud. Huh?

An execution is in order.

If anyone loses their life due to you committing a crime, no matter how trivial it might be, you LOSE YOUR LIFE.

1 hell of a deterrent!

Something we do NOT have anymore.

And maybe if Democrats didn't endorse defacto open borders he wouldn't be here in the first place.

Maybe if Democrats didn't pass crippling taxes and regulations the farmer wouldn't need to hire illegal labor just to survive.

The logic is perfectly sound.

If he wasn't allowed to be in the country illegally Mollie Tibbitts would still be alive.

See that's the problem with the Left's tolerance of illegals.....

You tolerate ALL of them....good and bad.

When you allow people to cross illegally, skirting any type of vetting and qualifications...

This is what you get.

Well, there are unlimited visas for legal, foreign farm workers so it's still no excuse to "knowingly" hire illegal aliens. We don't know if this farmer knew or not.

They didn't use e-verify, but the guy had fake documents.

"Knowingly" is not going to be provable unless they were required to use e-verify which doesn't seem to be the case.

This is one of the cases where they probably suspected but he had docs so "good enough".

Turning a blind-eye to illegals is a bi-partisan win for the rich and yelling racism everytime someone complains has worked like a charm. Ironically, arguably the hardest hit group in the US by illegal labor wage pressure are blacks.

Sadly, that's correct. But... they're just getting what they voted for: pro-illegal alien Democrat leaders. "Sanctuary" cities and states are not governed by Republicans.

Did I say it was an excuse?

No.

I place the blame firmly where it belongs.

On the illegal for commiting the crime and the Liberal Left who welcome illegals because they want the Hispanic vote.
