Tax tax tax, is that all the Dems know how to do? Here is a a novel idea, how about reducing spending? We had a President that was trying to curb spending and reduce the size and scope of the Federal Gov. and they HATED him for it.

What does Biden need all this extra money for? Oh yeah keeping their new future voting base that are strolling across the border fed, clothed, housed and educated is not cheap.

How long before the IRS is tasked with exhuming bodies and removing gold fillings?

What I would like to see is a very high capital gains tax on very short term (less than 1 day) trading profits of say 90%. This would curb market volatility which is at astronomical levels.

Hopefully, congress will have enough votes to block this retroactive tax. But even if not successful, it will still take effect next year. I wonder if this will lead to a massive sell-off.

daily gains made are ordinary income, not capital gains.

Raise interest rates, stop creating new money, cut govt spending and taxes drastically...only then can there be a recovery.

Why not just get it over with and put us all in chains? (well, besides the DC elites)

Of course. The average person isn't interested in daily gains. The average person is effected by long term capital gains.
