Then again, many of the same traits we tend to heavily admire in others are the same traits that signal psychopathy (regardless of race). In fact, most psychopath will do great in realms that put a premium on money, power, status, charisma, sex appeal, and such.
*Strong superficial personal appeal (projects lots of confidence, strength, self-esteem, sharp decisive voice, charisma, charm, street smart social skills, etc)
*Callous contempt for the uncompetitive, those of low social pecking order rank (if not status pe se).
*Being hypercompetitive, uncritical glorification of winners and kneejerk despising of losers. Hence, they always play to crush the competition or those unable to withstand them.
*Dishonest, exploitative, or abusive; habitual lying, even in everyday non-work settings (tells a lot of entertaining, exciting, or amusing but unlikely stories)
*Bragging, thrill seeking, attention pursuing, glory-getting, etc.
*Believes people he or she sees as dumb, stupid, weak, pushover, or fragile deserve whatever public humiliation they get simply for being any one of those things alone.
Worst of all, mainsteram society's definitions standards of "respect-worthy" and "disrespect-worthy" person aren't just failing to filter out psychopaths, but may actually be biased in favor of them. This is every bit as true when it comes to our standards for "abnormal behavior" and "disrespect-worthy person" - especially when we tend to say the first automatically means the second. So we've also got to slice the wire connecting "abnormal" (and "weak") with disrespect-worthy. There's just no other way to check the psychopath.

Dr Aruna Khilanani is hardly black herself, indeed given her name, it's likely her ancestors were Hindu's from India.
The same Hindu's who had a caste system and practised sati burning and other such horrible things such as burying and burning alive of Lepers in India. Sati burning was the Hindu practice of widows burning themselves alive—willing or unwilling—on the funeral pyres of their husbands.
Those type of practices, carried out by non-white Hindu's are psychopathic.
The same is true of radical Islam and Dr Khilanani would as a woman be a second class citizen in many Islamic countries, whilst the recent atrocities carried out in the name of Islam are never discussed, as that would not be politically correct, whilst Muslims will issue fatwas.
The fact black people shoot and murder at a higher rate than anyone else in the US, always seems to be carefully forgotten, as do recent black genocide such as that which occurred in Rwanda.
This nonsense has gone far enough, and it's time people like Dr Khilanani were struck off, and she should also should be out on a list stopping her from ever owning a firearm, if she dreams of shooting white people.
I really don't think America or white people really need to take advice from this woman, who seems to have done rather well in a civilised largely white country which she seems to despise.

The incredible cognitive dissonance, envy, and hatred shown toward white folks is laughably absurd but also incredibly disturbing.
It amazes me that an immigrant would immigrate to a predominantly white nation to enjoy all of the things invented & created by white people, and then harbor a homicidal hatred toward white people. This truly is mental illness.
They love coming to predominantly white nations, but then hate white people.
