That would find protection in the Full faith and credit clause, that is why most states codify recognition of such. Even if not specifically codified, such affects Interstate Commerce, (like truck drivers state to state), therefore no state can forbid it. Generally, no state is obligated by FFC to honor another states laws if it violates their own Public Policy. CCW/open carry does affect IC.

Headquarters & Assets, is not a Bankruptcy hearing.
Don't conflate actually property, with a civil hearing location.
I never mentioned anything about bankruptcy.

Correct.
It is all about another corporation getting permission from the other corporation to use their property to make a profit..... Welcome to Fascism, when they demand you too are a corporation and they own you, if you travel on the roadways in your car.

It does, very slightly.

And when the Constitution was first ratified, that gave the Fed govt very slight power to regulate gunz in Interstate Commerce... UNTIL the 2nd amendment was added a few years later.

The 2nd forbade government from infringing at all on the right or keep and bear... so that had the effect of modifying the Interstate Commerce clause. After that, govt no longer had ANY power to regulate guns, whether in IC or not.

Unsurprisingly, government liberals couldn't stand to lose that power, and so they simply began ignoring the 2nd amendment and violating the Constitution whenever they felt like it. A practice they have been increasing ever since.

I wasn't.

Long after the adoption of the Bill of Rights, liberals determined to restrict the right to keep and bear arms, still kept making laws that specifically stated they applied "to guns that appeared in Interstate Commerce", as though the 2nd amendment hadn't taken away that power.

And when the courts finally shove that one down their throats, they'll come up with some other mealymouthed excuse to keep trying to violate the 2nd anyway.

Just what the 2nd says. No govt can infringe the right... and unlike other amendments, it lists NO exceptions. So they can't use the IC excuse to restrict or ban guns any more.
