This visit was all timed. Her "Do Not Come" message was weak but as Summer gets hot so does the desert to the point that it is a potentially deadly journey over it so migration usually slows during this time. Is there any doubt that the WH and the media will flout the natural reduction in numbers as a big win for Kamala?
By the time Fall approaches and the deadly temperatures in the desert settle back down they will no doubt have something else up their sleeves to spin to the American public that the hordes that are bum rushing the border is good for America.

No. The people coming here illegally don't care what any politician has to say. So long as they can find a better life here, they will continue coming. Stopping them from coming would require a drastic crackdown on hiring illegals, as well as removing other incentives for coming here like various handouts and freebees. If the journey becomes to difficult, and the chances of being deported become too great, they will also be less likely to take the chance coming. It's not exactly easy or cheap to get here, so if the risk vs reward is no longer in their favor, they will stop coming.

Anyone with any sense knows by now that fake VP is incompetent. Her refusal to go to the border speaks volumes and people aren't stupid and know she isn't doing anything to stop the crisis now or ever.
Biden opened the door and put out the welcome mat. Nothing Harris says is going to change any of that. AOC, the real mouthpiece of the liberal left, put out the message that coming to the U.S. and claiming amnesty is a perfectly legal way to gain entry.

The bigger issue is why Biden and the left will do nothing to secure the borders. They have a responsibility to protect the U.S. and its citizens against the dregs that are entering illegally, but they don't seem to care about that. Anything they say is just lip service while they look the other way.
The President of Guatemala and the President of Mexico have repeatedly said that it the Biden/Harris statements over the past 2 years that is causing this Border Crisis. They blame Biden for removing the Trump Policy. They blame Kamala for her ignorance and cowardliness.
She was in their countries a very short time and now claims to “understand the people and their issues.” She is arrogant.
