Over the years I have been intrigued how the definition of “ family” has changed. It used to be strictly based on blood and law. A blood relative or an “ in Law” , meaning becoming part of the family by legal contract . Marriage .
Now? I guess it means anyone that lives together under the same roof.
Whatever gender a person identifies as, if that person gives birth, that person is a mother. "Birthing person" is a really stupid term IMO.
I agree. It makes it sound like a woman is a machine that has a certain function. Next, the loons won't call her a person but a birthing "thing" or "apparatus"
