The hold up is the powerful lobbyists of certain industries that donate to certain politicians. Those politicians in turn work to keep it illegal at the federal level.
Never smelled that great in the first place, in my experience.
I assume you mean downtown and on the strip. I agree there, but I'm talking about in the suburbs and in strip malls and business parks. You can't get away from it.
It smells exactly lie a dead skunk in the road. I guess technically there are worse smells but not many. Just think, the contents a skunks glands are designed, by nature, to be horrendous to others as a defense.
We were in Utah a few weeks ago and driving in the rural areas came upon that smell, my first thought was we were in Vegas again but realized it was a actual skunk. It wasn't as bad as a Walmart parking lot on the east side.
