The President traveled to Florida to view the building collapse and offer condolences.
While there, he met with the Governor and offered continued support.
No conditions, just doing the right thing for their fellow Americans.

What a concept.

“Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis on Thursday praised President Joe Biden’s federal response to the collapse of a condo building in the coastal suburb of Surfside — providing a moment of bipartisan bonhomie between the leader of the Democratic Party and a rising star within Donald Trump’s GOP.

The governor went on to assess that cooperation between local, state and federal partners seeking to manage the fallout from the building collapse “has been great,” telling Biden: “You guys have not only been supportive at the federal level, but we’ve had no bureaucracy.”
“I promise you,” the president replied, “there will be none.””

So nice. Political adversaries acting like normal people, doing their jobs, treating each other with complete respect.

What took so long for Biden to show up?

Biden is always a day late and a dollar short. What an embarrassment.

I'm shocked that a governor or mayor of either party would be gracious and speak positively about a higher authority from the other party offering help.

Why, it'd be like Gavin Newsom being kind to Trump and vice versa regarding Covid last spring/summer.

And what does Ron DeSantis think of EVERYTHING ELSE Biden is doing? You obviously went to the BIASED MEDIA school of how to misrepresent information.

It was nice to see DeSantis and Biden working together, also DeSantis meeting with Wasserman-Schultz. I wish we could have more bipartisan working together rather than just during 9/11 or a hurricane. It was nice moment.

Is this because of the perspective of the speaker? Interesting new "science"?

If one cannot tall the difference between seven days and, say for the sake of argument, fourteen days -- the shortest period of time that can legitimately called "weeks" -- I need to really have to question both their honesty and their intelligence. Which means I have to question literally every single thing that they say. Kind of like the liar who insisted that President Trump held the Bible upside down.

No grounding in reality.
