I would advise DeSantis to get a voice coach. Acting coaches can help his voice sound deeper and more authoritative. The speaking voice is part genetics and part habit. The voice can be trained.

Hmm. I would have thought the statement would be something more like, "I really wish he could come and be with us, always enjoy DeSantis' company, but admire his dedication to the crisis at hand in his state".

Be interesting to see if Trump makes any complementary comments about DeSantis, as he always has in the past.
