How many Raytheon employees are now looking for employment elsewhere?

I feel too privileged. I think I’ll sell my Raytheon stock.

I don't work for them so, I can't quit and take a dump on a supervisor's desk on the way out.

I don't have any of their stock, so I can't sell.

Raytheon doesn't exactly make the kind of the stuff we can buy in stores, so we can't really boycott.

I don't really know what to do...

From the OP link:

"In a related lesson, Raytheon asks white employees to deconstruct their identities and “identify [their] privilege.” The company argues that white, straight, Christian, able-bodied, English-speaking men are at the top of the intersectional hierarchy—and must work on “recognizing [their] privilege” and “step aside” in favor of other identity groups."

[END QUOTE]

So what are they supposed to do? Resign? Stop applying for promotions? Stop applying to colleges and universities?

What?

I don't think many "For now, most Raytheon employees have remained silent," seems to sum this up as a none issue beyond what the OP's source is trying to inflame.

Raytheon an international weapons and arms dealing company are taking the moral high ground.

I wonder how many Raytheon components go in to aircraft, missiles, drones etc, or how much blood Raytheon has on it's hands.

The left detests Raytheon, and are always demonstrating at arms shows, so it's good to see Raytheon supporting those who hate the company and all it stands for.

Although on the bright side, Raytheon are not racist and their technology can kill anyone regardless of colour, creed or culture.

Corporations dependent on fed agencies have capitulated. Like pharma who works hand in hand with the feds and is regulated by them.

Contracts or grants involved as in raytheon and universities and they sell up out for a handful of silver.

Get hooked on government money and they own you. Same tactic used by drug dealers, free samples until you get hooked and then they bleed you.

thanks god for the electoral college, SCOTUS, and US Constitutions.

American Founding Fathers knew the masses, such as yourself, is too dumb to make any sound decision, and that's why they set up the safety mechanism.

Boy this is horrible, I'm not buying any more SkyHunter Missiles.

Raytheon CEO Greg Hayes supported the campaign by signing an Action for Diversity & Inclusion statement, promising to “promote diversity” and “cultivate meaningful change for our society,” then asking all Raytheon employees to sign the pledge and “check [their] own biases.”

Much like the "Good Germans" of the 30's they will be Good Americans. Be silent, and collect their paychecks.
