There is always some risk involved when one gets a vaccination of any kind.
I'm not trying to make light of this. In fact, my husband and I got the J&J vaccine a few months ago. We've also had, in the past, tetanus and flu shots.
That said, I've noticed that the side effects from the mRNA vaccines don't seem to get the same amount of attention from the MSM.
I get warned about the risk of Guillain-Barre every time I get a flu shot. For me the risk is lower than the risk of hospitalization from the flu, so I take the shot. It's not a perfect solution, but I accept the consequences.
Then you'll just have to hope that getting sick with COVID-19 will be no worse than the common cold. I chose to take my chances with the Pfizer vaccine, which has been no worse than the flu vaccine.

I’m comfortable with my choice. Why would my choice bother you in any way? If you’re vaccinated, you’re protected right? If you don’t think your vaccine is effective, why did you get it? If you’re still frightened, stay home.
By your reckoning, shouldn’t all of us unvaccinated, non-mask wearing people be dead by now? I’ll bet you’re disappointed.
