Cayman Islands to allow fully vaccinated visitors but still have to quarantine for five days……….but but but I thought the magical vaccine was safe and if everyone has the shot then what’s the problem…….been talking too much with Biden I’m sure about the vaccines.

It's proof that the propensity to be a nanny and want to micro-manage everyone's lives isn't exclusive to the US, it's something wired into our specie's biology in varying degrees.
Cayman Islands has very good healthcare and do the best they can to protect their residents. That’s the reason for their delayed opening and regulations for all visitors.
If you have a problem with it, stay out of their territory. Apparently people like you would prefer the CI to look like the BVI, which is currently being ravaged by the virus.
I think the government of the Cayman Islands is ignoring the science of the vaccines by enforcing a quarantine on those who are fully vaccinated. I also think that they're shooting themselves in the foot by this requirement, and it will lead to fewer tourists and a prolonged economic slowdown. But hey, it's their country. (Territory, actually, but you know what I mean.) The rest of us can either follow their rules or stay away.

The policy is science based. The vaccines are not 100% effective, and some visitors may have received vaccines known to be considerably less effective.
