The House passed H.R.3755 a few months ago. I expect it to be the primary focus next year should Roe be overturned. I certainly will be making it my primary political focus.
It went nowhere, didn't even get a floor vote, and the Senate vote btw would be 100x as hard to achieve.

I blame politicians. Their talk is always about the desired outcome, never whether the process works and holds up.
The questions last Wednesday would have pleased our founding fathers. As a Strict Constitutionalist, I was and am very proud of Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett.

But they can never erase the memory of their decision for as long as they live...they will always remember.
They don't need to erase the memory because they are not bothered by the decision they made. They are glad they made the decision they did and would do the same thing again in the same circumstances.
Stop trying to project your own feelings on others.
It’s people on this forum that categorizes a fetus as a “Parasite” or any other metaphor to discredit it as a human life is despicable. It’s this reason alone SCOTUS needs to put more restrictions on abortions. It’s obvious these pro-abortion activist have no value on human life except their own. I look forward to revisiting this thread in June of 2022 when the Supremes pull the rug out from underneath on these latte liberal Karens.
