FYI. It is not only latte liberal Karens who get abortions. Conservatives, Republicans and Independents also get LEGAL abortions.

Stop trying to project your own feelings on others.
ALL Feelings, of all people, are not material. The Constitution is all that matters to Jackson vs Mississippi.

The next move is the courts.

Feelings will be converted to action if people think they got it wrong.

Foster care system will explode if it's overturned 400k plus kids are in the system and most will not be adopted. Many kids are sexually and physically abused in the foster care system. Many foster parents use the system to make money and neglect the kids. Kids are afraid to report abuse because police, and CPS just return them to the abuser.

"By that logic, Heller should not have been decided the way it was,"

The SC has become just as "political" as congress.

A majority dem control, rules one way. A repub majority rules the other way.

FDR tried to expand "pack" the SC because he could NOT get the SC rulings he wanted with a repub majority.

Toward the end of his term every single SC judge was nominated by HIM. No wonder they ruled as they did.

The dems say they want to do the same thing now.

SC also does NOT have a helmet requirement.

I have also said, IMO anybody who rides WITHOUT one is an idiot.

The auto insurance lobby is the reason we got seat belt and helmet laws so the insurance companies did NOT have to pay as much for auto and motorcycle accident injuries.

It had NOTHING to do with "keeping people SAFE"!

1. Plenty of people who are pro-choice aren't liberals.

2. Being pro-choice doesn't make someone a pro-abortion activist.
