FYI. It is not only latte liberal Karens who get abortions. Conservatives, Republicans and Independents also get LEGAL abortions.
They don't need to erase the memory because they are not bothered by the decision they made. They are glad they made the decision they did and would do the same thing again in the same circumstances.

Foster care system will explode if it's overturned 400k plus kids are in the system and most will not be adopted. Many kids are sexually and physically abused in the foster care system. Many foster parents use the system to make money and neglect the kids. Kids are afraid to report abuse because police, and CPS just return them to the abuser.
By that logic, Heller should not have been decided the way it was, and States should have been left free to impose whatever laws they want with respect to firearms. After all, who are the SC to tell NY what their gun laws should be. Same thing with all of the amendments that have been incorporated.

The SC has become just as "political" as congress.
A majority dem control, rules one way. A repub majority rules the other way.
FDR tried to expand "pack" the SC because he could NOT get the SC rulings he wanted with a repub majority.
Toward the end of his term every single SC judge was nominated by HIM. No wonder they ruled as they did.
You can move to NH. Seatbelts and helmets are only required for kids there.

The auto insurance lobby is the reason we got seat belt and helmet laws so the insurance companies did NOT have to pay as much for auto and motorcycle accident injuries.

1. Plenty of people who are pro-choice aren't liberals.
