The General Public should really be unaware of what Top military figures think politically. Thats not their job. They should keep it to themselves while they serve. The problem is too many of them seem to forget they "serve" and want the spotlight. They are paid to keep our military prepared for a worse case scenairio not to pontificate their personally political views. They can run for office if that is what they wish to do.

Ahead of the 2016 presidential election, Trump enjoyed significant military support. But after his “personality disputes” with Gen. Mattis and particularly with his former White House chief of staff, Gen. John Kelly, who served the president with steadfast loyalty, Trump’s military support waned. That decline was even more pronounced among younger military personnel, who are most susceptible to Leftmedia infusion of anti-Trump messaging.

The appointment of Milley, a Massachusetts blue-stater educated at Princeton and Columbia, further eroded that support. Recall that Milley and most of the senior flag officers today, were elevated through the ranks under Barack Obama and Joe Bidenwhich is precisely why Biden retained Milley.

Let’s be real… everything’s political unless it supports your goals.

Ahead of the election Trump had all kinds of support, much of which dwindled when they finally understood what an ignorant, bigoted, self-aggrandizing, greedy, vulgar bully he clearly was.

Milley is to be commended for understanding that his loyalty should be to America, not to a president, especially such a dangerous one.

It all goes back to Trump being terrible at personnel decisions. He never found the right people to implement his policies, including Milley. Also, if you want to argue that it isn’t Trump’s fault and that the system is just corrupt beyond repair, that’s plausible as well.
Trump selected him, one comment on CRT and he's a politician.

The poll gives a good sense of how far right this forum goes.

Milley didn't raise the issue it was Gaetz and other GOP congressmen on the committee. We are in the middle of a withdrawal from Afghanistan and CRT was the priority, come on. The Taliban must think we are nuts.

How is this traitor possibly still employed in that position??

The man literally has bought into and is pushing Marxism. How the hell did we end up with a Communist running our military, this is such a colossal disaster

It supports the Stasi as the goal.
