They are now showing IIS files that are old/outdated. If you're not using the server in question as a web server, why would you bother updating IIS files?
The Constitution doesn't prohibit a fraudulently elected president from being removed.
Prohibiting, isn't the Constitution's business.
The idea behind the Constitution, is that the newly-created Federal govt had NO POWERS WHATSOEVER.
Until the Constitution gave it powers.
We didn't have a Congress. Until the Constitution said we did... and the Constitution was ratified.
In fact, the Constitution DOES prohibit us from removing a fraudulently elected President... by not mentioning it at all.
We CAN remove a President for things he did (or failed to do) - because the Constitution DOES lay out a procedure for doing that, and explicitly names who will do it.
But the whole idea behind the Constitution, is that the Fed govt has only the powers explicitly given to it by the Constitution. If the Constitution doesn't say it, the Federal govt can't do it. (But the states and lower governments can.)
Yet that "expert" isn't at the symposium claiming the $5 million reward?
He is there. So far they haven't even given anyone the Packet Captures that he was specifically looking to examine or much of anything else. Just things like hex dumps of basic election data like voter registration.

Imagine a locked vault. Now imagine someone telling you that you can have the $5 million inside that vault--all you have to do is find the key. But there is no key. There never was a key. No key will be produced.
Now, Arabian, why haven't you claimed that $5 million yet?
(There was probably no $5 million in there, either.)

"The claim must be true because no expert has ever claimed the 5 million reward." Another technique. What a bag of dicks these guys are.
