Iceland has surging cases higher than the peak at the height of the global pandemic, but they haven't had a death in weeks.

Iceland is also heavily vaccinated. So perhaps you can still catch and spread it, but your symptoms are more likely to be mild.

Freedom House.org countries and territories ...

Iceland

"Icelandic authorities did not impose a wide-ranging COVID-19 lockdown during the year, relying instead on border restrictions, public-assembly restrictions, quarantining, isolation, and contact tracing. The authorities reported 5,754 cases and 29 deaths to the World Health Organization (WHO) at year’s end."

Virus will mutate to become more contagious and less lethal. That's proven science.
So you have more people getting Covid the more they get vaccinated. Its just a less lethal variant. But the vacicnes do nothing to stop its spread, they probably just help spread it.
But they also have better treatments now. They know the dangers of ventilators, they know the drugs like Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine are effective and so are simple immune enhancing supplements like vitamin D and Zinc.

But you WILL see an increase in deaths this year for 2021 unlike last year where the death rate was almost unchanged. The mortality rate will noticably increase but it will be from deaths attributed to the vaccines. The vaccines have killed more people than Covid so far this year.

What? Are you sure about that?

It's true. I saw it on a FB post too.

The lower hospitilisation and death rate are purely coincidental.

What’s proven science? I’m positive not all viruses mutate to become more contagious and less lethal.

Wow, that's a lot of BS in just two paragraphs.

Interesting that they don't consider border restrictions, public assembly restrictions, quaranting, isolation and contact tracing as a 'wide-range of COVID 19 lockdown).....all of these seem part of a lockdown protocol to me.

Different countries have different social interactions/relationships/responsibilities.

I do believe the vaccine helps to reduce the impact of the virus, including this more serious Delta.
