He is spending nearly every waking minute there. There are rumors its kind of a "sundowner" thing that he gets confused and despondent in the WH. But is that the real reason? Or is it something else? And please, dont drag Trump/Mara-largo in to this...

There is also the problem with the press conferences. Why is he always so late? With prior presidents, a delay of 15 minutes or so was not unheard of but, with him, it is literally hours. Are they waiting for his medication to take effect? Could they not wake him? Are they sobering him up?

I would not be surprised if he is being kept on total rest this week so that he can stumble through reading his prime-time national address on Thursday.

Why should he be in Washington? He's just the puppet. They don't need him there. He's has no idea what's going on and enjoys his basement in Delaware.

I don't know why they don't have the people in charge read their own speeches also. We all know he's not the person in charge. Let's just drop the charade.

He already won the WH, now it’s just a countdown to collect that sweet presidential pension.

You didn’t expect a man with 5 decades of experience to actually govern, did you?

The business of the Biden Family Crime Syndicate cannot be done in the DC environment where every visitor must log in, and is seen by the media's prying eyes.

The syndicate must operate in the shadows of secrecy.

That is why Joe has gone to Delaware most weekends for decades. That is where the dirty deeds are done, & where the Big Guy gets his cut.

And yes, same with every other President before him, so Joe's no different. The potential of getting caught red-handed with their hands in the cooke jar is much higher in DC.

I think you might have hit the nail on the head to explain his past but today with Joe's failing mind I think it is simply that in the WH he gets confused possible frightened and he needs to go to a familiar place to relax.

Sure, when he was one of 100 senators, and he could goof off 300 days out of the year and no one would care. He's the president now, he cannot pretend there are 99 other presidents doing his job for him while he takes time off.

Presidents don’t seem to like living at the White House much. I wonder why. I heard Biden can’t sleep there that’s why he always wants to go home. Looking at him speak yesterday Delaware isn’t working either. This Presidency is on his last legs for him. He’s falling apart. We’ll have Kam as President before the end of the year.
