biden's percentage is consistent with democrat performance. so the only question is if the increase in black voters was great enough to cover the 5% spread between 2008 and 2020. i'm willing to believe it was ( it would take roughly a 7% increase ) but if you want to pull the numbers and do the math i'm all ears.

None of this is going anywhere near a courtroom. Judges and state bars have shown they are not going to tolerate lawyers spreading trumps lies in court. Lawyers involved in promoting trumps big lie are being disbarred and sanctioned. You can’t go into court without evidence and there is none.
