I saw a video this morning of two nurses that would not submit to the vaccine.

They were being told that they had to "leave" the health care facility where they worked, but were not being told they were terminated or fired.

They refused to leave without being given termination papers first stating that they were being fired/terminated, and I don't blame them. If they were to just leave, their employer can say they voluntarily quit.

If employers want to terminate employees that do not want to submit to the vaccine, they should have to formally terminate them in writing, and state in the termination that they are being fired for refusing the Covide-19 injection.
